They will not pick children from the interview.  It's just informal classroom observation to supplement the information that they obtained through formal interviews at RC.

I think there is still formal interview at RC campus even if the teachers are doing classroom observation these few weeks.  They try to put children from the same school and class together for the interviews so the children feel at ease.

Yes, they will still have to go through formal interview.  The observation will be used as supporting element only and they are helpful for those children who takes time to warm up during the formal interview.
