Old T-shirt for talent class?

Should all the students wear an old T-shirt above their PE uniform for talent class??
for VS, I think it is better to wear apron, isn't it?

I found out that my daughter would only wear the formal dress once a week only. She will have UT on Monday, Talent class on Tuesday, PE lessons on Thursday and Friday.

I guessed she can only wear school dress on every Wed and depends on what kind of I.A she have. So I bought 3 sets of PE uniforms already.
