Hi iloveu3939,

I guess parents will get some sort of compensation/damages or tuition fee refund upon signing the agreement, right?!

Can parents have the option not to sign the confidentiality agreement?

At the end, I believe you couldn't answer my question as you sign the agreement.

Perhaps parents need to sign the agreement before attending the meeting. If not, parents are asked to leave.

if parents didn't sign the agreement, can't enter, why they didn't tell in the message sent to us? if so, I don't think I will go tonight.

Find out from ministry of education, do they really have rights to make parents sign such documents with such last minute notice? Find out your rights. Sounds fishy.

well, if parents signed the agreement and didn't disclose anything about the meeting, and just write "disappointed", "unhappy", "hopeless", will it be even worst then let the outsiders knowing the turth?

I hope the school will call a press conference (記者招待會) to disclose all information in the school/parent meeting today in order to build up the trust from the parents and the public.

學校做到咁, 都幾影響員工士氣, 我只係想我個女每日返學都可以對住一班面帶笑容的老師, 過佢地一生人只得一次的無壓力的幼稚園生涯, 點解背後係一堆又一堆的麻煩?!

我做阿媽O既, 響呢一刻, 只想替女兒背負這一切迎面而來的困難, 但是, 還要承受多久呢

No no, I don't think that "building up the trust from the parents and the public" is one of their concerns.
I thought the headmistress would at least apologize to us for the school is not being registered, but at last, she just thanked for our coming.  I think the parents were being fooled.  How could we imagine that we were applying a school for our kids without registered?!
