報考的人數不會少,但此點並不重要.....還是那一句,給孩子一個嘗試的機會!
留意每年三月HKAPA的Open Day,可以得知更多的資訊。

我仔學時係六千幾蚊.. 教阿仔時果個,係樂團首席黎架.. 師資都好好架. 黎代課既都係畢業生,係樂團拉緊的..

The price is $6900 for 24 sessions (1 hour 15 minutes per session).  The teacher is Christopher Cheung Wai-ho.  The price is reasonable but is the teacher good?

Sindy, if your son has tried before, what do you think of the course?  There are 7-10 children in one group.  does each child get enough attention?  Also, since it is a group, is there opportunity for ensemble lesson?

我覺得好過音統果D小組.. 每個學生都跟得好足下.. 同埋我仔果時,可以睇實上堂 (但未必個個老師比入課室,因為佢地唔係年年都係果個老師教的)

佢最好個terms係, 佢地有優先/可推薦入APA既初級音樂課, 佢地真係識ray wong 佢地的....

係呀..我仔果時,佢地會幫佢地揀埋歌, 練埋的.. 因為識考官,所以佢地好知道考官要乜野,但當然唔係作幣啦

How does a Group class work?  Do they all play the same piece together every lesson?  

Some people said that it is beneficial to do both 1:1 and Group class at the same time.   But wouldn't they be learning the same thing anyway?  What is the value of doing both?

其實各有各好的, 1:1可以專注D執姿勢同音準, 班上既話可以觀摩下人地有咩拉得好同錯,自己可以留意D, 仲有, 一班人夾琴既機會好小的, 班上就可以學下就人, 仲會有群眾壓力,唔練琴驚比人笑.. 哈哈.. 但要睇下你個小朋友係咩性格, 如果比我可以既話,我都覺得上兩種對個小朋友都會有益處,但要肯定兩個老師既要求一樣, 唔係既話,A老師要咁做,但B老師又話唔啱既話,個小朋友唔知聽得邊個好囉

Yes, that's the problem we worry about.  It's likely the private teacher will not be the same as the group teacher.
