If you like, you can take the baby there as early as  6 months. Otherwise, perhaps when they can walk at around 12 months.

1 yr is better. My duagther attended a baby gym class when she was 9 months old, almost spent 0.5 hrs crying in class, same for her classmates.

My son joined gym when he was 7-month-old. he enjoyed it very much as he is active. actually it depends to your child.

My BB go to BB Gym from 14 months till now 2.5 years old, she enjoy very much...  And she attending the BB Gym in "Kidnetic" in TST, that's good, the teachers are very nice and price is reasonable....

4、5歲左右學係未好d?呢個年紀平衡力應該會好d,又開始識野,學baby gym一流.我都有去過紅磡gor間睇過下,好似幾好,氣氛唔錯,家長又可以嚮旁邊睇住,有機會都想再去了解多d. ^^

I took my daughter to baby gym since 7 months old.  She's now 20 months.  I think baby gym is very good for babies as it helps them build their gross and fine motor skills.  Physical development at this stage is very important.  Baby gym can help the baby to learn how to build/use muscles necessary for sitting, crawling, standing, walking, running, jumping etc.  These are all very very important skills for a young baby/toddler!  At the same time, they can build their social skills in a class setting and confidence through mastering skillsets and challenging activities.
