請問有沒有小朋友成績麻麻, 但以運動或繪畫有好或績而被學校取錄的?

不要擔心！叫孩子管盡力做，有機會的。

你擔心小朋友成績麻麻影响他入學的機會。體藝學位相對多，能吸納較多有多方面才能的學生。學業成績祇是其中一個考慮因素而已。 運動或繪畫有好成績是很有幫助的。聽過有些同學是B1尾或B2頭的。

孩們們要兼顧學業和興趣實在不容易。能在運動或繪畫方面取得好成績，孩子定有相當的實力。我認識一些朋友也曾經試過因考試與比賽撞期要在兩者之間作出取捨，結果，他們選了後者。雖然對學業成績或有些少影响，要犠牲少少，但得到更多寶貴經驗。這些朋友都是很有目標和幹勁的，認真起來，真的不得了呢！

體藝愈來愈重視學業成績，其實我都無特別留意。
只知道學校在收生方面提高左學業要求，自然就會提升。

琴日學校High table, 我地D公主去晒幫手做侍應，但係亞囡話好好玩喎，你地知唔知High table係照侍畢業嘅學兄姊定係表現出色嘅同學呢？琴日嘅嘉賓係名畫家亞蟲吖！

佢地6：00食飯，之後有2個鐘溫習時間，宿舍同飯堂都有綱琴可以比宿友鍊習。

溫習時間是有導師在場的，他們都是成績好的高年級師兄師姐或大學生。

High Table 係中七學生參加,所以小女話今年應該係最後一屆.所以很可惜。

在新學制之下，下一屆參加High Table的不就是中六的畢業生了嗎

以往High table係比中七學生參加嘅，亞囡話出年就有機會改為中六，但係今年中六嘅就冇得參加，佢話“鄧”今年中六D哥哥姐姐唔低喎。
另外海港城今日開始有九倉嘅畫晝比賽得獎作品展，好多體藝學生嘅作品都入咗圍，亞軍同季軍都係體藝嘅學生，得閒去睇吓啦！

I appreciate if anyone could share with me these information in regard to the students at the Arts stream:-

1) whether they will be overloaded with homeworks on a daily basis;  

2) whether there will be a lot of courseworks and projects

3) how many students have been invited to the aptitude test in the past few years ?

你的小朋友是考「體育」還是「視藝」呢？

入學測驗包括兩部份：「面試及英語會話測驗」及「性向評估測驗(視藝組)/體能及運動技巧測驗(體育組)」
「面試及英語會話測驗」連輪候時間歷時約卅分鐘，「性向評估測驗/體能及運動技巧測驗」歷時二至三小時。

體育組學生須參加體能及運動技巧測驗，內容包括800米跑、柔韌度、彈跳力及耐力等，同時亦會就申請人的體育專長作評估﹔至於美術組的學生，則要參加性向評估，例如即場以實物素描或繪畫創作，之後亦要參加「美術觸覺評估」，以一系列的選擇題，測試學生對美術的觸覺。

「面試及英語會話測驗」，要求考生有良好的英語溝通能力；清楚瞭解自己的興趣和志向；能掌握自己的強項和弱項，並能積極謀求改善。

體藝的收生準則，以學術成績表現佔大比數。

Hi crystalmami ,

My daughter is studying in F.1, VA stream.  I have the impression that Ti-I students are motivated and self-disciplined.  Though the school regards academic excellences seriously, she doesn't pressure students with heavy work.  My gal has not been burdened with course work or projects.  She has time to participate in various extra-curricular activities, and she enjoys going to school.  She often get a few homework and “small” quiz.  There will be enough time to finish the assignment before deadline for submission.

While Ti-I College puts its main emphasis on academic achievement, the development of students' talents in PE Sports or Visual Arts is also a priority.  For those students in the PE stream, they have to participant in school team training twice a week.  As for those VA students, arts work takes a lot of time and efforts. Therefore, the academic foundation of students is important.

Regarding Q3#
About 350 applicants were invited to take part in an interview and an aptitude test in the past few years.
(refer to 二零一零/二零一一年度中一入學申請 入學測驗入選名單, 590 applicants were selected last year)
