Well, the percentage doesn't really mean much as you said.  HY has lower percentage with a similar reason: they accept only 60 students per year.

A tricky question for you, the Maths-man. Is it possible to have 101 % in this sense (not talking about "increase"or "decrease" 101% or 110% ) ? Theoretically speaking,can I say I am 102% sure about xxxx... ?

Hi Christi,

I am not the 'math" man (although math was one of my majors)!

For your wonder, it's a general per-se so it just mean the "extra" efforts only.

Frankly, I am not that really into percentages.  However, percentages appear to be the one that can be talk about with the least controversy.  There are certainly many more information on schools, but everyone can have their own interpretation on the same thing really.  So I rather just talk about hard facts, consider my role in EK.  I shouldn't have too much subjective opinions.

Heep Yunn's knock-door seats (total 9) are only available for their pre-selected kindergarten students.  So, that's the alternative to being lucky thru central allocation, if you wanna increase the chances.
