其實2樣都有佢好處

私人教的老師通常年資比較長，有經驗d既~

但如果你初初學，又冇人介紹邊個老師好，我覺得跟大行穩陣，最起碼師資有保障 (唔會係最好, 但教小朋友最基本的冇問題既~)。and 如果你唔鐘意學緊的老師，都可以隨時轉嘛!

just to share our experience and opinon

my son learned 2 years JMC @ tomlee, he's interested in this instrument so i have changed to personal class @ parsons for more than half year. He was more attentive in 1 on 1 teaching, however it took time to bring him to center (and so must be saturday for us..) and he was abit "hea", not too serious. I changed to personal teaching (teach at my home) since he was 6.5 years' old, now he's 9 and have completed his grade 3 last october.

1 on 1 teaching at home saves time and more serious (both teacher & kid), teacher has sufficient time to make sure he understood and more flexible (she sometimes spend few more minutes if need, but center is v.strict in timing).  Don't bother much if teacher and kid wont work well together u can change to other teacher if need.
