九龍塘個幾間, 間間都話有成 6000 - 8000 報...收 600 個左右.

St Clare's KG students can directly promote to its primary school (english teaching medium), so I just wonder why the KG is not so 'popular' (~ 600 appl) when compare to TL (> 1000 appl) & even Sacred Heart (> 2000 appl)

Got same question in my mind too. But I know / heard of St. Clare's when I was a kid and I know it is a good girls' school . What I heard of Good Hope is that they recevied 1500 applications this year and will take 150 girls only. Before I got married I used to live in HK side and to be honest, to me Good Hope was not as "famous" as now and definitely St. Clare's was far more "famous".

Yeah...my girl get offered AM. We live in HK Island.

I have applied 5 kinders (TL, KCS, St. Clare's, SHCK & Rosaryhill)....And now she get AM offered by St Clare's and Rosaryhill. TL will receive notice on Dec 20th, KCS & SH notice will be sent in Jan.

But my preference is SH followed by KCS (only if offered both local and int'l section) --> TL --> St Clare --> Rosaryhill.

If my girl is lucky enough (keep my fingers cross) we will have to pay lots of $$ for the registration.

Among these kinders I found Rosaryhill has the best environment. Fairly new facilities, big classroom and pretty kids' toilet seat but one dragon is not seem promising in this school :p Then TL which has got nice playground for the kids. Not too sure about the environment of KCS & St Clare because I can't really see any play area for the kids at all....are these all indoor hiding somewhere?

一個月好似係 $1,600, 仲可以扣學卷, 扣完之後比幾百蚊...仲可以升上英小, 真係勁抵讀.

My girl also accepted in PM class.
If you want to know the ranking of St. Clare's primary and secondary school, you could search in google:
2010全港小學排各 (分18區各自排名，但係我哋仍然有band1學生比率作為參考)
2010全港中學排名 (係全港性，分top 100 and top 150)
St. Clare 無論點都唔會比Good Hope好，甚至大坑間True Lite排名亦好過佢，特別佢既中學好似仲無係ranking之列 (to be confirmed bcoz I cannot remember now) 可能會令大家好失望，包括我自己在內。
另外一提係Sacred Heart中學排名呢一兩年跌咗好多，請大家多多留意啦。

d人争崩頭個個想自己既小朋友入到SC, KV, SKH, SPK etc etc 無非博入到拔萃, LS, St. Paul Co-ed etc etc, 如果你手上多過一個offer以上, Ranking呢d嘢都係關乎我哋最終既決定同策略之一 (或者未必係全部，如果唔係，禁咪報d一般kgs都得，唔駛呢度有禁多BK mami禁頭痛啦)。
If not the same channel, 咪當我寫既係笑話一則黎笑吓囉!

My daughter also get an offer from St. Clare and I will choose this school instead of True Light (caine road) because it is English medium in primary school but True light is major in Chinese.
For secondary school, I think St. Clare is not popular in the past few years compared with SSGC, Ying Wa and SH because the place of St. Clare is only a few to other primary school and it is why they can get bright girls to the secondary school but it does not mean St. Clare secondary is bad. Some of the students from St. Clare primary are good at English.
SH, SSGCKG cannot guarantee the place in their primary school so it is risky but St. Clare and TL can.
