This is how red I am now -->

I have heard that 般官 is a top-tier school (= keen competition for a place), and my friend's son (P1 this year) did not apply for it because she wanted to have a bigger chance by applying for a good 2nd-tier school.  I don't know much about this school though, so I'm afraid I can only be speechless on this school.

My humble opinion: a phone call is a must (to speed up the release), and a letter of appreciation will be an additional (though optional) good gesture to the school.

希望有多d 人放禮賢出來啦!因為我個女只有禮賢係waiting list, 其他的都是rejected.

如果你已經辦晒註冊手續，我諗你點都要白紙黑字寫明放棄學位，保障學校，否則他日家長唔認數，返來要返個位，學校就頭痛。

你可以打電話講咗先，一來比學校早啲放位比其他waiting學生，二來睇下學校有乜指示，跟佢方法做最妥當。

又唔駛  ,而且我都通知左KY放棄學位,因我都明白waiting list 家長心情.(小兒St Paul's boy都係waiting)
