Are you the MO, SMO or the Consultant ? Don't you think you're better to spend more time with your patients rather than on this topic here ?
The one you said could be the extreme case. My sweet heart knows a lot of doctors. Most of them quited their job from public hoposital and worked outside for a medical center so that they can have more time to spend w/ the kids.
You're busy or not is really depend whether you're a private doctor or hospital authority's doctor. Plus how you want to definite your quality time & what you're looking for ?!
An example is a friend of my husband about being upset that she was at the XX hopstial.
She had to leave after waiting for an hour or 2.
Certainly, there are cases that the physician has poor management skills or may not have the ability to achieve closure of an office visit with patients. Perhaps, the practice has a poor scheduling system. In defense of medical offices, there are many reasons for physicians running late that are beyond the physician’s control and not the intention to create dissatisfaction to the patient.
The top one is due to the inception of managed care, physicians are forced to see more patients in a day. Physicians would prefer to spend more time with patients to make sure that the patient has the physician’s undivided attention and to create a relaxed atmosphere rather than one that is rushed.
Many physicians enjoy the teaching perspective and would prefer to educate their patients on prevention and/or management of their condition. Therefore, she decides to go ....
I don't think the doctor can give an remakable or extra marks to the kid. But I believe they key point is whether the kid is their cup of tea.
You get more of the behaviour you reward. You don't get what you hope for, ask for, wish for or beg for . You get what reward.
Don't anry w/ me if I said something that make feel uncomfortable. I have no intentsion to say anything to make you feel comfortable.
I'm not sure win even through my boy has the 2nd int. Just you know, I would try my best.
