1) HKID
2) Birth Certificate
3) Parents HKID
4) School report K1
5) School report K2

these above are must include documents

唔係wor, 我同我先生都有去聽第二場, 校長明明自己親自講過話多一兩頁都ok, 會接受, 因佢明白有時真係唔得, 建議10頁或前後印既就5張紙, 因為佢會親自睇

依家又話fix死10頁:(??!!

Hi jjhh,
This DBSPD profile is quite a challenge because it's not that clear in a way. Not as clear as Ying Wa. If the school includes the standard documents such as birth cert, ID, parents' ID in the so-called profile, this implies that the school probably does not want a thick profile and want everything in brief. They probably are not interested in paper work, they are more interested in studying the applicants in person (at interviews).
I also feel it's quite unfair to the applicants who have report cards with many pages.

校長話可以多一兩頁; 但聽電話既書記姐姐話唔可以… 收果陣時又唔係校長本人…

無問題…. 我會兩手準備, 今晚叫我c6c掂佢, 不過果10頁要包括埋BC,ID Copy… 喔…無話唔得既, 取捨jei…

只係覺得安排上有d亂lor... ...website d 資料又唔齊全咁...

其實校長見到太厚既profile點有心機睇, 而且來來去去都係果幾種類, 校長都見慣晒, 唔會覺有咩了不起, 除非真係有d好勁既achievement便放落去, otherwise, 一page放晒仲比人睇得清楚, 真係貴精不貴多, 最關鍵都係當日小朋友既表現, 禮貌, 合群, 主動一定會比人有好既impression.

還有, academic上既cert大家真係要考慮放唔放入profile內, 因太多, 學校可能會覺得家長只係用錢比小朋友去kill time.

Portfolio can be a summary format and not necessary all certificates copies.

I did it in an Excel file to display his progress along the time and highlight the certificates that I think its an achievement and can impress the headmaster, not every certificate.
