Mainly ask parents questions during interview.  They will give some toys to baby to observe how he plays with the toys and will ask just some simple questions like what is it? Who is xxx (baby name)? to see baby's reaction.

During interview they asked me:
From where know about Mingwai? Why choose Mingwai?  What is my criteria for choosing nursery for your baby? Have you applied other nursery as well?
Who take care of baby? Where to go during holidays and weekend? What is baby's eating habit? Any allergy to medicine or food?

We had interview at North Point Mingwai on Nov 13th and received their offer letter (PM class) on Nov 16th.
