Congratulation to you and your daughter first. My daughter told me that your girl got the 1st runner up (silver award?) in class. Very well done.

我已經開始唔幫我囡問功課, 佢知道抄漏功課可以問人, 就求求其其, 試過好多次抄漏...
我初初都幫佢手問人, 後尾發覺要訓練佢.....

所以狠心D都要架啦.....

D 囡囡上堂唔可以傾計, recess 又好衝忙... 邊有時間玩...
我囡同校車D同學仔仲friend D 架, 佢話有D同學因為一齊返ECA 接觸多, 所以比較熟D囉....
我估你囡應該係慢熱D啫???

小囡剛剛插班升上小二，有幾個問題想請教：
1.每天功課量如何？
2.ECA在星期幾進行？有沒校車接送？
3.有沒校車來往青衣、荃灣？
4.夏天校服該買哪種顏色？

1.每天功課量如何？
我囡P.1 升P.2... 都唔係太清楚
P.1時功課唔多, 算好hea 吓, 每日大約4-5樣包括改正...

2.ECA在星期幾進行？有沒校車接送？
我囡又無在學校上ECA, 聽講無校車接送, 除非星期五3:00放, 就會有一程車走, 遲過3:00p 就要自己接...
其實for P.2 學生, 都無咩ECA可以參加???

3.有沒校車來往青衣、荃灣？

藍色一定要買, 橙色5月有1日係Mary Day 有D學生如被選中去獻花, 就要著橙色.. 穩陣D就2隻色買齊啦...

My daughter is also admitted to P.2 in coming school year. I have read some of your posts here and feel that the parents here are really nice.

BTW, anyone knows whether there is school bus/nanny bus service from Shatin/FoTan?

Wow, congratulations!!!

I think there should be school bus going to Shatin/Fotan. You can check a few posts earlier under this topic mmak has already posted the phone number for our school bus company. You can call to confirm.

all,

我頭先去圖書館借書時, 見到一個小朋友在借書, 但職員對他說那本書"展覽"唔借得?? (不能外借)

可愛的小朋友回答說: "剪爛"唔借得?? , 點解要剪爛本書呀??

好好笑~~ 我地幾個大人, 包括那位圖書館職員, 都忍不住笑...

Nice to know your little girl is going to the same class as my daughter. May I ask your daughter's help to keep an eye on Chloe when the new school year starts? She is so excited yet worried about going to the new school without any friends. But I told her I have the feelings that the MCS girls should be very well-mannered and nice. I hope she can cope.

Hi Sweetma,

Nice meeting you.  No problem, I'll ask my daughter to find Chloe at school.  Maybe I'll meet you at the P.2 parents meeting on Aug 26.

I'm sure your daughter can settle down very smoothly.  All the P.1 girls last year were scattered into different classes for P.2.  They all need to face and meet new friends.

But the girls I met so far were all very friendly and polite.  So you can tell Chloe not to worry at all.
