華英好過英華.  論學校設備和面積可能差英華好多, 但論現今成績,  華英好D.  好多在九龍城區band 1 的小六生未必有得interview.  佢地校長話就算band 1 尾學生派到此校就讀, 都會有錯敗感

Wah Yan is getting worse?  In our days, Wah Yan was much much better than Ying Wah?  Any parents can share!

According to Annual Report 2009, the result of Ying Wa in HKCEE and AL are much better than Wan Yan Kowloon. You can go to the schools web-site for scrutinize.

It is because of changing from 5 Bands to 3 Bands. As a result, the average intake level for WYK had been lowered. Due to the same reason, Ying Wah had changed to DSS so that they can choose their own students.

In the olden days (when I was a secondary school student), there are only 3 famous schools on kowloon side for boys, DBS, La Salle, and Wah Yan. I am really surprised and sad to know Wah Yan is much worse than olden days. I originally plan to send my boy to this school (though he is still in pre nursery now).

So any one can tell me the top 5-10 schools now on Kln side?

五改三影響全部無直屬小學的中學，好難解釋點解九華的公開考試成績會差過很多新崛起的地區名校。

九華仍有很多優勝之處，但以令學生學業成績增值而言，真的要努力改革了。
