今年sjs收的150學生, siblings約佔三分之一, esf kinder 學生約佔三分之一, 中國藉(包括香港人)約佔四分之一

三月時老師說 in 咗 200人, 但也選到不到想收的150學生 (估計當時最少仍有20個位)

But during the interview, do you think students come from ESF kinder will have extra point? I mean does ESF P1 prefer students  ...

I think I (and others) have already explained the situation very clearly. Reread all messages.

The fact is simple and have repeatedly been stressed.

Being ESF kindergarten will ONLY give your priority to interview. ESF primary does not have the obligation to take all ESF kindergarten children.

C200, dont worry, ESF WKS is a very good school, my girl is studying there, she loves the school much and can't wait to go to school everyday. She makes alot of friends, the teachers are good, she learns very fast through activities.
The curriculum in ESF kinder is totally different from the local international stream one, which is well-prepared for the IB primary.

Are you asking about ESF primary or RC?

For RC this year, there are 800 applicants for about 200 spaces.  

For both RC and ESF, they are obliged to offer interviews to those who have priority to interview first (e.g. ESF kindergarten and other priorities as listed on the admission website).  First round interview starts in January.  Interviews continue until all spaces are filled.

I think you made the right choice.  In my opinion, ESF WKS is far better than TT.  We are in an ESF kindy now and my son was in TT nursery.  TT seems to be getting more expensive and from less impressive.
