論HKCEE 成績, St Paul Convent 好過協恩, 可參考兩校中學website.
St Paul 英小, 英文較協恩強, St Paul Convent 考入女拔萃中學每年也不少.
如比較學費和體育績, 則協恩勝.

如果是我, 我會選 St Paul Convent.

坊間這種榜很有問題, 港華太後, 不見了九華, ST, stephen girls, 協恩不見得前, 14 分要求太低.  而且女校文理比例不同, 理科易取好成績, 另不見聖保祿如何比較?

When I choose between these 2, I will also consider the religious belief of both school unless you have no preference between the 2 religions. You want your girl to be a Christian more or a Catholic.....as it is highly likely they will be either one of them after admission to these schools.

I personally like HYS more as it is more all rounded.  However, given HYS secondary will become DSS, the admission of HYS primary to secondary will not be guaranteed.  If money is not a concern at all, I will suggest you choose St Paul Convent.

I don't quite understand.  St Paul Convent Secondary is also a DSS.  How come if HYS cannot guarantee admission to secondary if change to DSS, but does St Paul Convent guarantee secondary admission?

HYS 小學同中學現在也是結龍, so many HYS primary students  can be admited to HYS secondary.  After HYS secondary becomes DSS, it will have the autonomy to choose the brighter students not only from HYS primary. So, the HYS primary school has to compete with students from other primary school for a seat in HYS secondary.

What you are saying doesn't make sense, as most DSS will 結龍 with their own primary school.
I am sure HY will not leave their primary students high & dry.
Changing to DSS should make it easier for their primary students to get into their secondary school rather than more difficult!

兩間都係好學校, 協恩(中學)設施特別吸引,一座4層高既體育館,網球場,泳地.....

HYS 同HYP 一直都冇接龍,不過HYP 上HYS 基本上係直上既除非成績唔好,而o係之前既家長會上HYS校長係積極想攪好d HYS,所以偏向選擇直資多過一條龍,咁好明顯HYS只係想吸納一批精英(both HYP 同街外生),如果將來真係轉o左直資,HYP 就比e+難入HYS喇.

Of course st. Paul's Convent is way better... Heep Yunn is a school 名大過實...Although Heep Yunn's extra- curricular activities are really brilliant.


Yes, you have to pay for St. Paul's Convent, but it is a really a bright school, with clever girls, high standard staffs.

Personally, I put the two schools in two different levels.

Sorry, I have wrongly used the word 結龍.  Believe it or not, but I am very sure it will be more difficult for HYS primary students to get into HYS Secondary if the later becomes DSS.  (Pls don't ask me why I am so sure).

I am afraid I really do not agree.
Most DSS look after their own primary school students.
Just look at St Paul Coed - almost all their primary school students go onto their secondary school.

Of course HYS. Girls are more discipline and humble, just go to both school and have a look.
