PM change to AM class

I also want to change to AM Class, but Ms. Chiu said that all AM classes are full and no one give up a seat in AM Class.  Do anyone know that if it is true or not?

PM class is good, not to wake up so early, but what I worry is that she doesn't have enough time to do her homework.
