Same as you but I've moved closer to 德望 already, will take 5 to 10 mins only to school.

If my daughter is so lucky to be accepted by SPK, we have to move house again!!

if moving for SPK, seems Happy Valley is the best location, but so expensive. Any comment on this?

睇budget啦, 跑馬地當然好住, 但港島區d樓真係貴到唔係人咁品, 我住spk隔離d 40年舊樓, 而家都升到500萬了
afford得到大坑道/渣甸山上面都好住架
銅鑼灣/灣仔會方便, 不過大塵同嘈
如果budget有限可能就要搬遠d (東區), 鴨利洲海怡都多人揀不過留意交通, 我自己唔係太鐘意

Yes, you are HK mommy. Do you mind share that 40 years old building is spacious? I mean around 10-15K can rent how BIG?

10-15k could only rent a flat of around 450-500sq.ft. in CWB area!
