呀女佢都時時提起佢兩個班主任, 佢好鐘意佢地兩個, 成日都話佢地呢兩個班主任好好.  佢話雖然個正班主任係嚴啲, 不過都係為佢地好喎~  佢做'My Voice'其中一個topic都寫話好鐘意個班主任, 好彩改呢份功課嘅老師唔係佢, 唔係就有'擦鞋'嘅嫌疑啦~

I see him here many times, and say "hi".
He is replyed with smile.
Thought  my son cancelled the seat in TSL. He remember my son is accepted in past and reason of give up.
His memory is very good.

記得多年前,學校有比過eclass survey 我地填有關家長對老師的comment.  果時大多家長反應都覺得idea好好wow!  好老師應受表揚. 個別特別多人批評的亦會知道需要改善的地方.起碼有個平台比家長同學生反應他們的意見.

我有一個 遐想.........如果學校每年搞個teacher of the year, 由大家一起選出同填comment (當然用eclass在家選最好啦, 好過在學校入投票箱, 浪費紙張和人力, 又容易產生混亂), 當選的最高票的幾位, 一定是實至名歸! 好老師亦需要學生同家長的認同及豉勵, 無論年資長或短,有教務的老師都有機會當選.

攞teacher of the year 獎一定比一d10年服務獎有意義得多.....

熱心/教導有方的好老師，我校唔少，真應該受表揚!少數手法偏差的人事亦希望可以有渠道反映看法和感受....

上星期我見囡囡寫心意card比老師, 你地的小朋友送出了thank you card未呀?
