If you want your kid to learn Mandarine at the same time during the 3 years KG education (and with some balance of English), choose KCS lah. My girl (studying in KCS K1 since PN) 都好enjoy返學, 返來都有唱番學校既歌, but in Mandarine : ).
If you don't weight Mandarine as an important factor, stay with 玫瑰崗 lah. I learn from my friend that 玫瑰崗's campus is far more beautiful than KCS. It is good for children to study in a school with spacious and beautiful environment.
No need to worry about changing school in K1 for your kid as many PN students will change to a new KG anyway. Even your kid's PN classmates.
