hi, wanted to know, did yr little daughter got in the esf kinder right in? or still was putting on the waiting list?  it will be great if you can share with me, thank you.

Hi Wong_bb,

Same situation as you.  Fortunately, my son is studying nursery now and has been accepted by that school next year.  No need to find another school.  What I can do is waiting for the offer letter from TY ESF.  Hope we both can receive the letter soon.

Received the letter from ESF SW this morning. Informal visit on Jan 28 pm.

No Cat 1 or Cat 2 stated.

Contract to be signed with the successful applicatants.

She also has to attend the informal visit.  It's a great opportunity for the kids to visit the kindergarten.  You can tell by their reaction if that kindergarten suits them.

may i ask what do they do during the informal visit, will they ask us questions or play some games etc?

I want to know what they will ask and the structure of the informal visit?

Sigh, my baby is shy and doesn't really talk much in front of the strangers - though he can only speak English but if no speaking during the visit I guess the chance of getting offer is very low then

For ESF SW, does anyone know if all applicants are invited to do the informal visit, or just some? How likely to be given the offer? I heard that after moving to stubbs road, the classes of ESF SW will increase to 8 from 4. Does that mean more chance for our kids accepted in K1?

i think for 3XX applicants against only 17X seats.. the chance is about 50:50

I also received the letter from SW ESF, the play visit will be arranged on 21-Jan afternoon.
