今日真係好凍, 阿女都係著著薄ee既裙, 佢話隻腳凍死.  今日幫佢加左件冬天既檔風個件褸，吾知會吾會比老師話呢.

so now need to wear summer dress la

It's flexible, school won't give out any notice on when to change the school uniform.  The only rule is the uniform must be in one set, meaning that if you wear winter uniform, must change the full set ie blue sweater & blue long socks.  If the weather is cold, even in summer, after your daughter wears the "white" uniform & she still feel cold, she can still wear the "blue winter sweater".
