世上冇一個制度係公平既,如果制度對自己不利就會有人返對,除非你有能力唔玩呢個遊戲(讀國際學校/出國留學),如果唔係就遵守遊戲規則.

As a teacher, I really tried to apply those famous schools. However, there are a lot of considerations. First, for DSS schools, we will lose the provident funds, but get MPF instead. The salary scale may be different from the govt. scale too. That's the first drawback.

Second, teaching in these prestigious schools is very demanding. In an interivew, the vice-principal told me that the teachers need to be responsible for many extra lessons and extra-curricular activities after school. You'll not be free until at least 5:30p.m. and still you haven't marked any homework or dictations at that moment.

Third, most popular subsidized schools also face the diversity of students' ability because of the central allocation. The reality is those schools are not as good as outsiders think.

Thus, I feel that working in those schools yourself is also a big sacrifice. I doubt not many teachers would really choose this way to enter those schools. At least, I would rather equip my children better and smarter to face the competition.

家庭崗位歧視條例不適用於小一入學統籌辦法

章： 527 標題： 家庭崗位歧視條例 憲報編號：   L.N. 552 of 1997  
條： 18 條文標題： 教育機構的負責組織所作的歧視 版本日期： 21/11/1997

(1) 任何教育機構的負責組織如在以下方面或藉以下做法歧視任何具有家庭崗位的人，即屬違法─
(a) 在該組織提出的收納該人為該機構學生的條款上；
(b) 拒絕接受或故意不接受該人入學成為該機構學生的申請；或
(c) 如該人已是該機構的學生─
(i) 在該組織讓該人可獲得或享用任何利益、設施或服務的方式上，或藉拒絕讓該人或故意不讓該人獲得或享用該等利益、設施或服務；或
(ii) 開除該人在該機構的學籍或使該人遭受任何其他不利。
(2) 為免生疑問，現宣布：如任何教育機構的負責組織為遵守─
(a) 一般稱為小一入學統籌辦法的制度，或任何全部或部分代替該辦法的安排、制度或計劃；
(b) 一般稱為中學學位分配辦法的制度，或任何全部或部分代替該辦法的安排、制度或計劃；或
(c) 任何關乎入學的法律條文，
而需要作出任何作為，則第(1)款並不適用於該作為。

起一間教會小學,教會要比幾多錢你知道嗎? 教會的錢從何來呢?

十年前向政府申請分配學校的價目,是首期約800萬,政府其實只出地及建築費
整個支出約2000萬左右只計算標準設備下的支出,還未計算一些不標準的設備,有一些學校有泳池等的,都是由辦學團體負責,而津貼學校比直資可憐是,不可向學生收回成本
如果新的直資,可能唔只,因為像播道等不是使用千禧校舍的,玫府只是照千禧校舍的建築費折現,設計費,及建築費的差額全部由辦學團體自行負責
