Can we put "Rain Boots" to the school if heavy raining ?

如果我無記錯, 學校會要求你入校門前換咗黑鞋或運動鞋, 因怕上落樓梯會危險

小女說過, 曾有一次大雨, 同學仔連襪仔都濕埋, 老師讓她們在班房除鞋除襪, 放學時只著鞋沒有襪甘離開
