(1)大件事! 聽你咁講, 我完全忘記同仔仔執視藝課的物品! 唔知仔仔會不會 ?

(2)明天體育堂是否要穿成整體育服上課?
(3)昨天收到老師通告話選了仔仔參加音樂唱歌比賽, 仲有一個音樂班為小朋友練習, 請問這些活動是否一定要參加呢?其實仔仔逢星期六都要返葉氏, 我擔心好辛苦!

Don't worry! my kid just drawn a primary colour wheel in his sketch book with his crayons during the V-art class. I'm sure you kids would be able to share the crayons with his classmate. Also they only need to hand in the artwork in the next lesson!!

(2)明天體育堂是否要穿成整體育服上課?

Yes, they need to dress in PE uniform. Remember to wear "white short socks" and white sports shoes! You may leave a small towel in his back pocket as they may be sweaty after the lesson - my kid said they played " What time is it, Mr. Fox" during the PE lesson!

Congratulations! is it for individual or choir? I recalled students will be selected to join the choir each year to participate in the inter-school music festival. If you are chosen to join the choir, the school will provide training during school time, eg recess or lunch break, etc. If you join the individual category, you will be recommended (not compulsory though!) to take extra training from external institutions. It's really up to you if you wish to take these extra training but according to my experience, it really makes a difference for my elder girl. I can't tell for all, but at least those I know who received proper training could usually get quite good result in the music festival.

因為我都打算同佢報校際PIANO.

今日阿仔返來話視藝老師沒有鬧, 話第一堂不要緊, 下堂就要帶齊啦! ---老師真仁慈!
阿仔話全班有5個人被選中參加個唱比賽, 他不抗拒上額外音樂堂, 我就決定報名啦, 同時暫停星期六的葉氏合唱課(其實阿仔有點不捨得, 只是時間太忙, 沒辦法), 希望他在學校的音樂課裡唱得開心, 效果應該大同小異。

In the past, if you join the training course from the music centres recommended by school, the piano accompaniment service will be provided by the centres on the day of the contest and the charge is included in the course fee. Normally they will charge about $200 for accompaniment service if not joining the course.

However, you may find your own pianist or like some other candidates who just asked their elder siblings/friends to play the piano.

So far we are very happy with the training and the professional accompaniment service. In last year's contest, the centre organized a mock/rehearsal session for the students and we found that very useful!

我仔仔都有recommand去參加獨唱,
不過, 我有d陰影,
因為仔仔上年幼稚園都有參加,
仔仔唱得唔係幾好,
而個評判亦不留情咁寫左d好差既評語,
當然, 我無比仔仔知, 所以佢無野,
而係佢呀媽我就好唔開心,
我驚今年都係咁。

以仔仔上年經驗而言, 係自己搵伴奏,
好多小朋友都搵家姐、哥哥彈,
而仔仔學校好好,
搵了幾個老師,
一次過幫他們伴奏及練習。

我仔仔在k2時已參加過朗誦和獨唱比賽, 不過k3他就堅決拒絕再玩, 他話好驚好緊張。今次可能是老師叫吧, 他竟沒有拒絕, 有點令我意外。不過, 當作一次課外活動吧, 小朋友有機會學嘢, 總是好的, 而且是同好幾個(不知有多少人?)一起學唱歌而比賽, 又有老師伴奏, 應該不用擔心, 放鬆心情就可以了。到時比賽日我們約埋幾個一齊有個伴就好啦!

其實當作一個課外活動都好的。不過, 我未必join學校suggest個個音樂班, 是否下星期才要交表呢?

我不記得什麼時候交表, 總之前兩天決定後就寄了報名表和支票出去那間公司, 不是交給老師的。希望沒有做錯程序。
