I would say both are good schools.  However, one is in the HK Island and the other is in West Kowloon.  You may first look at which one is more close to where you live, assuming you are indifferent.

Besides, 高主教 is relative traditional** whereas St. Margaret's is relatively creative in style.  Comparatively speaking, St. Margaret's has better English language environment given the higher proportion of NET teachers and broadly use of English as communication means in campus.

**高主教 has suspended its primary section for some time and it is recently resumed.

Both accepted my son this year. Finally I chose st. Margaret Co-edu. I live in HK side too. Just for yr ref.
