Age range :  Girls born between 1st September, 2003 and 31st December, 2004 are eligible to apply .  Please do not apply if your girl is overaged or underaged.

Application : Application forms can be downloaded from our School website www.dgjs.edu.hk from 21st August to 10th September, 2009.  They are also obtainable from the School (from Monday to Friday), free of charge, within the same period from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one form for each applicant). Applicants must produce HK birth certificate / HK ID Card / Documents permitting her stay in Hong Kong for the application.
All eligible applicants will receive an application form by following the timetable for distribution.  The application form downloaded from the School website is the same as the one distributed at School and applicants are encouraged to download the form for their convenience.

Application Forms should be returned to our School by post (registered mail) or by hand from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) latest by 10th September, 2009.  No late application will be accepted.

我未報過呢間,不過就咁睇,咪即係有乜就寫晒響果4頁入面囉.即係就咁交4頁紙就夠啦,唔好整到成本書咁,又唔好入落一個clear holder之類既野囉.

分享自己所知的一個個案，看能否解各位家長之疑慮：

我的姪女，其父母去年為她報讀女拔小學，他們沒有製作什麼portfolio、profiles等，只寄出申請表、一封covering letter及一頁姪女的個人簡歷，結果，成功地被女拔小學錄取。

道理很簡單，有些學校校長(如英華)會很注重portfolio，有些則不用(如女拔小學)，有些甚至在簡介會明言不要附加厚厚的portfolio(如蔡繼有)。

所以報名前，必定要問清楚，每間學校的要求。

係咪唔駛入落膠file度,就咁四張紙,釘書機釘埋佢得啦?話時話,而家只收4 singlesided paper,梗係有好多人連刷牙獎都放埋係度

that means you have to staple the 4 pages of A4 paper, don't put these 4 pages into folder or bind it. Nevertheless, the lady who receive the application will staple for you if you just give her 4 loose pages or she will ask you take out the 4 pages from your folder and staple for you.

DGJS is a private school.If accepted, she will tell Education Dept but you can still go ahead with lucky draw. ED will send you a letter asking you whether you are going to withdraw from lucky draw because of admission by DGJS. Similarly, if you decide to go ahead with lucky draw, ED will also advise DGJS that you apply for luck draw.
