2008 Babies - Prepare for N1 2010-2011 (Chatroom)

Hello, my son is 0801 bb. I hope to know a few parents here so that we can chat and talk online or offline too.  He is now studying Anfield playgroup.  Indeed, does anyone know the difference between Anfield and Tutor Time?  I am hoping to enroll into these 2 nursery plus Yew Chung, YMCA, Victoria too.  However, I have no clue which one will fit my son.  If you have any comment, pls share.

I have no idea about Anfield because I was very lucky when I applied for Tutor Time Wow playgroup first time, I did not need to wait for any vancancy available.  My daughter has studied there since 8 months old, now she is 13 months old and still studies there every Saturday.

Is Tutor Time good?  I also plan to enroll my daughter into their Toddlers Acitivity Group when she turns 1 year old.

So far as I know, Tutor Time is from USA and Anfield is based on the Foundation Stage of the British Early Years National Curriculum, most of Anfield's kindergarten students go to ESF

I have no intention to send my daughter to international kindergarten school although she studies at Tutor Time Wow playgroup.

I just want her to study at local nursery school such as HKPS or Keen Mind.

My daughter enrolled the class is once a week, tution fee is HK$1680 per month.  You may call to Tutor Time for detail.

Since we plan to get the boys to local school, therefore, international stream may not be appropriate for them.....

Our Girls are a bit older so we've already started teaching them shapes, colours, fruits, body parts, matching, etc.  Just basic stuffs....

twinboys 08 - my son is also a 0802 baby.  he was born on feb 6.

my son is going to victoria playgroup since this june 09, and will continue in sept 09.  i think i will enroll him with victoria 'cos not many kindergarten offer PN.  for kindergarten, some of my other choices are 'so chit', skh, st margaret's church, and of course victoria.

my son just turned 18 months old yesterday.  my helper and myself have taught my son some simple body parts like eyes, nose, ear... colors like blue, red, green, yellow; fruits like apple, banana, orange... he can pronounce some of them, if not, he can point / show to us where is it.

My bb is 14m and she is in Tutor Time's playgroup.

I think both its hardware and software are quite good. The teachers are up to standard and they provide a variety of activity choices in each sesson. The place is clean and decent. What impresses me most is the outdoor time in each sesson!

My daughter is also enrolled at Tutor Time, it is Sulfolk Road, Kowloon Tong.  Her class is every Saturday.  How about your daughter?

My daughter studies in the Braemar Hill branch. She attends classes twice a week.
How's the Kowloong Tong school? Is that good?
