我有居英權﹐孩子讀國際學校﹐想兒子去英國讀書﹐知道要考common entrance examination, 想向各位請教經驗﹖一定要學French or German 嗎﹖

Do you mean that your son is now 13 years old?  I assume you want to apply to state schools.  Only the selective school requires entrance exam. (most of the case at Y7)  You should take a foreign language if you are doing well in English.
