兩間都係我心儀既學校，我會考慮居住地點, 好似我住沙田，當然覺得培僑方便好多，優才小一至小三係旺角, 小四開始就要去將軍澳, 因為我地仲有個細佬, 搬入將軍澳 = 細佬以后要由將軍澳出旺角番學 + 爸爸媽媽番工唔係咁方便，留番係沙田＝ 兩個小朋友以後要用個幾鐘番學放學, 以后九年都係咁小朋友都好辛苦，有咩活動冇校車都唔知點接。

thanks for your advice.  If I am not wrong, it won't take too long for school bus from Shatin to TKO.  At the moment, I still prefer GT, but just wonder if I am making the right decision, thus would like to get more comments before doing the official registration.

My son is going to GT G1 in the coming Sept. I finally made up choice because I know two "talent class" instructors who have taught in GT for years. Both give positive comments on students' learning attitude. The school shows genuine care for students' development. The principal also respects the teachers. As a teacher myself, I find it very important to teachers' morale.

My friend applied a teaching post in GT after getting her master degree in psychology, but is not successful because she hasn't completed her diploma of education. See, GT is really serious in dealing with human resources.

On the other hand, two of my other friends, who are not very qualified are accepted by two different famous DSS schools.

For colleague's children study at Pui Kiu, she said it is like an international school.

Thanks a lot for your information.  In fact, I heard a lot of the good side of GT.   And when it comes to decision point, I just want to make sure that I pick the right school for my daughter.

我朋友女兒係培僑讀, 個仔都將會一起,佢話女兒普通話好好, 但問到英文佢就無mud講過comments. 但佢提過入了這種模式小學, 中途唔可以轉番出去其他學校. 優才以前係一間優質私小, e+都係, 只係轉了dss.

During the Pui Kiu briefing, the VP also not directly response to the issue of English Standard.  And I think there is no question about their Mandarin.

培僑嘅英文唔係唔好,佢地英文唔比出面差,佢好多都係外籍老師和學生.只係佢嘅英文拍落去國語,就真係冇得比,因為佢地的中文水平真係好高,學生嘅國語能力好強.所以一比..就覺得英文唔好.(個人意見)

Sorry that I don't have much information about Pui Kiu. It's just my colleague's comment. I guess it refers to the amount of freedom. (not sure)
