阿囝不願睡, 怎樣好?

阿囝現在差不多二歲八個月, 他現在是返下午幼兒班的,
如果放學回來, 訓了小睡後(大約1小時或個半小時),
佢就要11點幾或12點幾才訓, 但早上9點便會起床了.
但如果佢放學沒有訓的話, 也要10點幾才會訓, 這樣
令我好辛苦, 因為我本身亦是一個早訓的人, 請問你地
小朋友係點的?
請指教. 謝謝!
佢好似精力充沛咁, 成日都唔願訓, 真係令人辛苦.

謝謝你的意見, 但其實我哋已經10點許叫佢入房了, 之後廳也關了燈, 但他總時很多藉口, 又說要看書, 又說要玩 玩具,
就算唔玩, 也要"Look"來"Look"去, 攪到11/12點才睡.
唉......真的令我們頭痛.
今日佢又訓了下午覺, 看來也要11/12點才睡. 真係唔知佢乜原因.

Just for sharing.  I'm not sure if there's any solutions.  Your son's case sounds exactly like me.
My family had problem putting me to bed.  My mom said I didn't sleep until 2am when I was infant.  I don't remember anything about kindergarten, but I do remember starting from p.1, I go to bed at 10:30pm the earliest.  Since my high school or University life, I don't go to bed before 2am.. and now I'm 25+ years old and I still couldn't sleep early.

my son alos, that why i dont let him sleep after school, then he will easy to sleep little bid early,
