一 項 調 查 發 現 ， 3 成 7 受 訪 家 長 每 日 平 均 花 4 小 時 以 上 和 子 女 相 處 ， 他 們 會 優 先 培 養 子 女 品 格 ， 其 次 才 處 理 學 業 問 題 ， 8 成 家 長 認 為 ， 品 格 教 育 主 要 由 家 長 負 責 。 負 責 調 查 的 機 構 「 香 港 有 品 運 動 」 在 上 月 以 問 卷 訪 問 7700 名 家 長 及 學 生 ， 發 現 超 過 一 半 家 長 發 現 子 女 品 格 出 現 嚴 重 問 題 時 ， 會 採 取 責 罵 方 式 管 教 。 機 構 建 議 ， 家 長 應 自 細 培 養 子 女 品 格 ， 同 時 以 身 作 則 ， 並 多 了 解 子 女 的 需 要 。

yes, i am. I will get mad when they are naughty. It is easy to say "staying calm" but difficult to achieve...

Yes it is always easier said than done.  Scolding is no good but sometimes I do notice these days parents are a bit too relaxed with their children, I mean no discipline at all.  We are just human beings anyway.  We are not saints.  I think the most important thing is 'no extremes' either way.

agree, just make a balance for the both sides, but bear in mind to keep communication between your kid is No.1 goal.
