I guess I saw a similar one at Toysrus, but didn't buy it. We only bought a globe and a bilingual world map. The map is affixed at the bottom of the door. Since there are also national flags printed around the four sides of the map in which our kid is pretty much interested, we later also bought a book listing the flags and demographics of many countries.
At first, I thought my kid only loved to learn about a country in terms of its location on the map and its national flag. However, it's much more than that, I'm afraid. Today during lunch, he told me that there were deserts in Australia. My wife and I thought as if he learned this "fact" elsewhere (we also didn't know if Australia had deserts). Then my kid ran to the map, and urged me to look at where he pointed. He said in English "Great Sandy Desert" and "Great Victoria Desert". I was amazed! He really reads from the map too at his free time at home b'cos we haven't taught him "geography" up to that level and we are quite sure his K1 curriculum does not cover "map reading" like this.
