其實係唔係讀左n1會好d呢?  唔讀n1, 只報playgroup, 對日後interview k1會唔會有影響呢?  其實一些出名的kindergartens着唔着重小朋友有冇讀過n1架?

if both parents need to go to work, I prefer to send my kid to n1, coz otherwise, the kid is just going to 對住工人, 一日過一日, watch TV etc

at least, if they go to n1, they can social with other kids, hopefully be more diciplined, have things to do to keep them entertained

if i am a full time mum, i probably will not send the kid to n1 (probably to playgroup once a week), as i can teach her at home, take her out etc......

唔知樓主心目中出名幼稚園係邊d. 我亞囝依家係根德園讀k1, 之前無上過n班, 連playgroup都只係東涌返左幾堂. 而interview時/填application form時, 老師完全無問小朋友有無讀過n班. 不果我都同意stinkyrabbit111 所講, 如果小朋友係工人湊, 比佢返係n班係好的. 我雖然都係working mum, 小朋友之前係工人+婆婆湊. 不果我地住圍村, 四週多人小朋友同佢玩, 佢1歲多已經好多野講.

唔好意思呀, 我想問下你仔仔邊個月份出世?  我個B女12月份都好想考根德園, 不過可能要repeat.....唔知做唔做大仔好, 我有個playgroup老師話唔好咁易比個B Repeat , 因為如果好不幸佢小學又追唔上又再repeat, 佢會好自卑, 因為大過人地d小朋友好多.......... 唉, 都唔知點好......

我囝囝6月, 啱啱中間, 唔大唔細咁羅. 我見我亞仔班中有唔小10月出世的同學仔, 所以唔存在d人成人話kv唔收9月, 10月的小朋友. 不果12月就好似真係小d.

If you are a working mom, I'd suggest you sending your child to N1 instead of playgroup.  PN teachers are able to teach your child become more independent.

yes, if u both are working parents and the child is taking care by maid, I do think that will be better to send her to N1.  but if she is taking care by somebody in the family like grandpa, grandma, u can choose upon yrself.

有些n班會教中文及英文...比佢地早d有概念都係好事...何況亦可以學照顧自己...

agree.  

actually i only applied 2 nursery schools for my girl, 1 selected by my husband and 1 by myself.  

we didn't want to give much pressure to our girl and so if neither of these 2 accepted her, we will let her go to playgroup (currently 3 days a week) as usual.
