剩係交左留位費 ...

我諗應該遲o的幼稚園會有來信要你去註冊及辦理相關手續, 若果唔去註冊的話便會自動放棄學位的, 到時幼稚園便可將冇去註冊的學位放返出o黎~

係呀, 通常唔去註冊就代表放棄學位.

咁係咪即係只交左留位費,唔使寫信去退位,只要到時唔去註冊就得呀?唔會比學校追學費?唔該晒咁多位,因為無經驗。

其實寫封退學信好容易, 只需寫資料, 簡單通知退學便可以 無咩人會 challenge你寫得好唔好
反之, 我認為你唔想寫信都打個電話去通知學校你唔讀, 等佢放返d位出黎; 最好一決定就打, 唔好等到開學前, o甘樣係比較有良心既做法

The reason I suggest to send a letter to the kindergarten is because I have already called those kindergartens which we have paid the registration fees but won't attend anymore.  However, they can't just based on a phone call and released your place, something formal will be required to also protect you who have paid the fee.

Also, really notice many children who may not have any acceptance yet, so should help to release these for others to secure a place earlier.  There are many worried parents out there!  Please be considerate.

OK unless:
1. you're using the same email id stated on application form (but I haven't seen such a field so far).
2. you attach a scanned copy of previous payment receipt, showing some identity information as a proof.

For security purpose, I think the school usually call the telephone numbers stated on the application to double check.
