I certainly do not expect any miracle to happen within just days. However, if there is any significant change/improvement in my daughter, I'm sure that I'll be able to notice that. It is really encouraging to hear the improvement in your child.

人體中有多少細胞？大約一百萬億；相比地球上的人數（約六十七億），是全世界人口的一萬五千倍。人體中的細胞不停地有增有減；正常的消減，是有系統地進行的，包括自滅（Apoptosis）。「細胞自滅」是目前炙手可熱的研究題目，因為癌是「造反的細胞」，若有方法令它自滅，就能達到抗癌之目的。目前的抗癌藥一般是化療藥，全是各式各樣的毒藥，用以攻擊細胞複製遺傳物質（DNA）的機制，以期殺死癌細胞，但這些藥也會干擾正常的細胞增生。於是，令病人的骨髓不能製造紅血球、白血球，另一方面，皮膚灼熱和頭髮脫落等等問題，相繼浮現。有沒有促進癌細胞自滅的抗癌藥？有，例如Zolinza（科學名稱Vorinostat），FDA批准醫生用這個藥治療皮膚型T細胞淋巴瘤。雖然有眾多科學家，說它能治乳癌（Biochem. 我仔仔跟你仔仔之前一樣，都是用手拉我的手到他想要的東西，我還以為他雖然唔識用手指，起碼識這樣向我表達他的索求，原來他只當我的手是一件工具

我仔仔都在一家有 I 位的稚兒園讀書，不過N1，來緊都應該8月入S位，我就好渴望入讀，因為現在常被校長投訴，老師又唔夠人手，常常來電....跌親、撞親頭手腳面而受傷，更有一次因他亂衝，老師怕佢傷害到其他小朋友，一手捉佢時抓傷佢條頸，連校服底衫都染有血，雖然老師有道歉，我、老公及工人都好嬲又心痛，所以連工人姐姐都好想佢快啲入讀S位，照顧及訓練都好啲。

用手指指示都是最近的事，即三歲左右；之前他是用手拉我的手到他想要的東西，根據治療師所說，他可能當我的手是一件工具，其實他和我沒有溝通。
現在我仔仔在一家有 I 位的稚兒園讀正常K1，正等 S 位收，應該8月有位(現等了年半) ...

hi! 各位媽咪,

我個仔3歲1個月大, 2歲時診斷為自閉証, 現就讀S位, 食了Acetly-carnitine 一星期, 每日3匙.  我覺得他改善了.....如無以前那麼固執....多了eye contact...他好鐘意hug人(以前土乂只限於我....現在連爸爸, 工人姐姐及老師都hug).....係一個好好的轉變......他喜愛同人玩追...鐘意刺激遊戲....不喜歡play toys...

最大的轉變是我帶他到playgound...以前的他好單一, 只是上step and play slide only....其它完全唔玩.....現在他會try 爬架...爬石....

語言方面會say單詞...但少主動說....

亞仔最大進步係學懂安坐, 由其係學校及街外.
感統都好左, 以前最討厭比人拖比人摸, 而家好多時主動拖我模我, 講野方面就有要求先講, 都係2-3隻字
眼神接觸都好好多, 以前邊個湊佢都得, 而家好明顯鍾意痴我, 唉....開始覺得個仔返返黎我身邊, 而家先覺得我實實在在係佢媽咪
流口水都改善左, 但工人話亞仔係學校流好少, 係屋企就狂流....
因學校希望低班學生可以有父母/工人一齊上當做helper,所以我工人日日跟亞仔返學, 順便可以學口肌按摩及其他技巧.
你放心啦, 只要有S位, 你亞仔都可以好快減低狀, 我地大家一齊努力.......

好開心與大家分享我的仔剛剛試食2-3日,沒想過他有大進步 . 今日友打電話比老師問他的在學校情況 , 老師話他講多好多說話 吃飯不會那嬤固執 ,感覺他長大了 ,開始接受不同的東西.

Hi!聽到你地孩子有positive progressions 真係好開心。見到阿仔進步, 我都會好想與人分亨, 因實在太開心了。

阿仔吃了2星期, 在聽指令, 眼神接觸和社交也進步了。上星期在校和私人做訓練, 老師和治療師也驚訝又高興阿仔變得乖左、合作左。從前帶阿仔做訓練真喺好吃力又沮喪, 佢又坐唔定又唔專注, 每次都好似扔錢落海甘。

當初我都想俾阿仔試下返主流幼稚園(已試了1個月和考入了九龍塘一間不俗的學校),最後放棄了,因為阿仔真係學不到東西,只有四處走,不停尋找自我刺激,活在自己的世界裏。現在返S位半年,他雖仍有很多有待改善的問題,但他也在不斷進步中(尤其在自理和常規方面)。

近日我讓女兒(6歲,讀P.1)每天也吃肉鹼1/4tsp和菠菜粉(會增加吸收Protein)。 因她讀書壓力很大,無晒胃口, 搞到皮黃骨瘦, 成日唔開心又扭計。試左幾天,效果非常理想。不旦成績進步,佢話上堂精神左、集中左。近日因成續進步,老師也讚她。她現在開心多了,面色也改善了。

What is it?
Acetyl-L-carnitine is a dietary supplement used to improve memory, such as in Alzheimer's disease. Acetyl-L-carnitine may improve depression. Other uses for acetyl-L-carnitine include the treatment of Parkinson's disease, stroke, and Peyronie's disease.

Other names for acetyl-L-carnitine include: acetyl-levocarnitine, acetylcarnitine, l-acetylcarnitine, levacecarnine, and ST-200.

Ask your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist if you need more information about this medicine or if any information in this leaflet concerns you.



Before Using:
Tell your doctor if you



are taking medicine or are allergic to any medicine (prescription or over-the-counter (OTC) or dietary supplement)
are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medicine
are breastfeeding
have other health problems, such as high blood pressure or heart or blood vessel disease

Dosage:
Talk with your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse about how much acetyl-L-carnitine you should take. The amount depends on the strength of the medicine and the reason you are taking acetyl-L-carnitine. If you are using this medicine without instructions from your caregiver, follow the directions on the label. Do not take more acetyl-L-carnitine or take it more often than what is written on the directions.



To store this medicine:
Keep all medicine locked up and away from children. Store medicine away from heat and direct light. Do not store your medicine in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink, or in other damp places.
