Both schools are sponsored by PLK though, they offer different curricula and prepare their students for different paths.

CKY is a private, through-train school, offering Y1-12 schooling for kids, comprising 5 years of primary education and 7 years of secondary education, the last 2 years supposedly for IB Diploma Programme.

Though catered primarily for local Chinese, CKY is a bilingual school and does not follow the local ed system.  It embraces an international approach to education but is never positioned itself as an IS.
