Does your friend know who complained?  Whenever she hears majong, call the police.
Whenever she hears music through loud speaker, call the police.
Whenever she hears drilling, call the police.
Whenever she hears loud TV noise, call the police..........  Tell the police she finds those noises annoying.........

話香港法例規定民居廿四小時不能彈奏樂器，要練唔該去工業區那些地方練
仲話如果下此再彈畀人投訴的話，就要落CHARGE
