Just received the letter, International Class PM.

My daughter performed quite good in the interview, but the competition is keen, I do not expect she can be admitted.

my daughter was born in late August...

Honestly, i am in doubt...
My daughter got accepted into Kentville, St. Cat, and HKPS...
After consideration, Kentville is out of the list... but here comes another consideration.. ST. Cat vs HKPS..

Can anyone share their experience with me?

I was told that St. Cat is more appropriate for GIRLS.. while HKPS is better for BOYS..
any comments?

you are right, St. Cat is suitable for girl and HKPS is suitable for boy, because the Principals are friend between Ying Wah Colleage (boy) and HKPS

Yes! I also heard before. "St. Cat is more appropriate for GIRLS.. while HKPS is better for BOYS." Do St. Cat also accept you Anglo-Chinese Class?
My son only accepted by THINK. I'm sure I'll give up THINK now. But do i need to write the withdraw letter to the school for giving up the place...

almost the same with u, my "February" girl is admitted for international pm class, and she also has been accepted by St. cat anglo-Chinese am class. Actually, my girl is accepted by York and KV also but we have given them up. Now we're just struggling between HKPS and St. cat.

my kid is rejected as well.  my kid was able to complete the instruction during the interview and he was a big boy.  but we are not even in waiting list.  quite disappeared.  I guessed the interview performance is not the only factor.  may be any sibling studying, home location etc as well

Seems everyone have the same concerns..

Given that St Cat is better for girls.. my favous goes to St Cat..
but many parents here said that since there is so many student in St. Cat.. sometimes, kids might not get attentions from teachers...

That's why i treasure the small class environment from HKPS.. struggling..

I got the same problem.  My baby girl also got accept from HKPS and St. Cat, both international classes.

Struggling...

I really like the language environment in HKPS as it as 2 class teachers, both native speakers (ie 1 in Eng & 1 in PTH) in HKPS for all 3 years.  In St. Cat. this only happens to K1.

I've heard that St. Cat is good for girls and HKPS is good for boys.  

BTW, I alos heard that the adm is messy in HKPS and good in St. Cat....

difficult to chose and time is running out.

I want to give DGS a "TRY" when my daughter reach Primary School.. (at least a try)...  however, from what parents said here, there is no girls from HKPS got into DGS...  

Given that is the fact.. honestly, my preference still goes to St. Cat...

比多少少資料你作考慮，今年HKPS K1係差唔多三十人一班，有三個老師（兩個普通話老師，一個英文老師）~~~

CCKG can give relatively high admission rate to DGS ..

A good teaching outcome is more important than a placement result by good relationship. No offense   ..........
