My understanding is the same as joyce19971129. I heard that scgs will accept band 1 and band 2 students from scps, but only band 1 from other schools.

The details of the orientation session on 7 Feb are not stated on the receipt but on the acceptance letter.

The receipt is just a certification that you paid the reservation fee. It's not a big deal losing it.
