Surprise！DBSPD call 2nd in today

SAME SAME~~

I received the call from DBS on Nov 26, they informed me to go for the 2nd interview on Dec 02. And I received a formal letter on Nov 28. My son's application no is 19xx, maybe the 2nd interview is arranged in numerical sequence.

Anyway, what a surprise!! Because both 陳守仁 and 聖芳濟各 have already rejected my son.

我諗佢地第一輪既信未出齊, 因為我收到2nd round既信係7 november 2008, 想問星期三收到call既家長, 你地係咪都係下星期一去in?

唔好意思,我是路過的.  因為明年到我的仔仔,我想請問假設自行收生已有津校收,我係咪可以繼續見dbs,到佢真係收的時候才去津校取回註冊証.

仰或唔需要想,已選津校連in吓dbs都唔可以.

You can still interview DSS schools AFTER you accepted the Gov't aided placement. But once you register with a DSS school (say after you already accepted the Gov't aided placement), you must also sign a form agreeing to give up the Gov't aided lottery/placement (even if you have already accepted it).

好明顯啦, 24/11出自行選校result, 然後DPS開始CALL後補interview, 大家明啦

我噚日in 咗啦,但係太緊張, 所以都答得唔好。真係對阿仔唔住。阿仔in咗大約5分鐘就出黎, 你地呢?

禽日我都in左啦,因為好似係失而復得既感覺,叫到咪又去in下囉,所以冇壓力.亦可能有晒心理準備,唔覺得好似之前既家長形容咁恐怖.佢地都好nice,好有禮貌,好好笑容.

Mum Tang and Era,

Thanks for your sharing.  I got the same feeling as yours.  The staff here are nice and polite.  Also, I think it is quite fair to every second round candidate as they time the interview.

Do you know what is the last interview date and when will the result be issued?

According to the school calendar, the result will be released on 17Dec. However, it seems that 2nd interview was not on schedule.

No worry!  My experience is that the school will choose the children with some criteria different from what we think.

Hello.諗落其實都幾得意既,本來囝囝都疊埋心水,準備一齊響a校做同學啦,點知一人收到一個call,而家就可能好唔同啦.
如果佢地有緣(或者係我地有緣),咁佢地仍然都會係同學既,不過唔知係響a校定b校喎.
