今年SIS初一某班有兩個插班生，一個是上海來的，一個是新加坡來的，沒怎麽聽到孩子們對上海孩子的評語，只知道他們拿那個新加坡孩子的英語lala聲說笑話。

新加坡人平時溝通會加好多"尾音/助語詞".. 我唔知係咪應該咁叫..  我以前係sg 工作時, d同事覺得我講野冇尾音好"掘", 而我就學下佢地講野加個"啦"之類係後面... 而且係不論中, 英文...
呢種文化有d似香港人平時講廣東話語法, 而當講普通話或者同外國人講英文時, 語法又會變成好正式. ...
我還發覺一個重點, 就是那個人的文化程度.. 文化水準越高的越少用singlish.

我仔仔在讀小學時, 學校巳經很注重學生使用standard english了, 因為我那時常提醒他不要學singlish, 他說學校也有說要講std eng.呢..

如果你打算跟小朋友一起在新加坡生活, 可參考以下網站http://app.singaporeedu.gov.sg/ct/asp/index.asp

學校是否好嚴這問題要視乎個別校風, 但放心.. 學校不同軍訓..  而一位家長的生活費要多少這問題, 當然要視乎你自己的生活水準要求囉
