I think the name is a must, otherwise how can we check the result? Sometimes only the application number is not safe.
And I think the birth date is ok, since sometimes the kids have exacly the same name, then the birth date can help. I had this mistake before since my kid's name is very common and I see wrongly and used the time of another kid!!

因為64xxxx係網上申請,而65xxxx係親身交表!

thank you but do you know if we chose chinese and french stream what's different during interview?  is it french will use english and chinse with use PTH?

Chinese - use Cantonese and English

I guess those start with 65xxxx were applications sent in by post.  64xxxx were applied via internet.
