CKY has language policy and requested students to speak either PTH or English at school.  Parents are also needed to speak in PTH or English with the respective native teachers.

I would say CKY's music performanc is better than sports so far.  CKY has their own orchester and wind band, and requested students to learn one musical instruments starting from Yr 1.

Think St Margaret's parents could provide more info on the respective areas.

I would say CKY's  ...

Do you mean all the teachers in CKY are native speakers either in PTH or English?  No local chinese teachers there?

I just wonder why there is a huge difference of the school fee between CKY to other DSS or private schools in HK.

There are local Chinese teachers, but some PTH teachers cannot speak Cantonese.  But all English teachers are native teachers, also has some BBC, ABC.

If you know the new campus facilities and the number of native English teachers, you will understand why there is a big difference in school fee.  

Please note that CKY is a private school, while St Margaret is a DSS.

So, their NET includes ABC, BBC... I saw the class photo from their website and found most of the teachers are Chinese.  I think the NET are ABC, BBC then.

I know very little about St Margaret. But the reputation of their secondary school seems not good.

Will the parents be asked to pay extra for the musical lessons in CKY?

Yes, the tutors of musical instrument lesson are outsourced tutors, it costs about HK$3K for the whole year.

HK$3K for the whole year is reasonable.
