We live in Hung Hom and the get on time is 7:05am. As the time is slightly different each year (depending on the route and number of stops), yours could be around 7:00am.
For my case is "NO". We have measured the time needed for going to the new location after passing through the HK Chai Tunnel, and found that it took around 10mins.
