I'm afraid I might not be able to advice you on which school is best as my sons are still small and we haven't considered that far yet (also we will be returning to HK soon).
What I can tell you is that a lot of the good schools are usually within "royal boroughs" and from the top of my head Richmond and Windsor. These tend to be rich areas where house price are high.
We live near borough of Barnet and include 4 of the top 100 state schools in UK (from the bbcwebsite list):
Queen elizibeth Boys school, The Henrietta Barnett School (SEL), St Michael's Catholic Grammar School (SEL) and Mill Hill County High School
So maybe you might consider schools in Borough of Barnet when chosing schools
Note all these schools are selective schools meaning that you may have to pass an entrance exam to get in.
What I would suggest is for you to go through the list of the top schools and see which area they are in and review in more detail.

請問各位如果小朋友是英國公民. 她可以免費於政府學校讀書. 那麼我可以從什麼途徑知道那些政府學校是好的呢?????請指教呀! 唔該!!!!!!
