Many parents said that B or B+ is fine for interview, of course A- is even better.
But we need to bear in mind most school will consider the rating of conduct from 10-20% of the total assessment, the rest distributed among academic results, ECA, school linkage and interview performance.
It's not major but critical enough to be enrolled or not, for interview is not our target, isn't it?
My son also B+ from P1-P4, we talked to class master and reviewed his weaknesses in P5, like very talkative in the class, sometime challenged teacher. So we sit down with him and explained the pros and cons. He improved from B+ to A-.In the 1st term of P6, his conduct between B+ and A-, as the class master understood he was trying hard and we fully supported him, the final result is A-. All subjects are straight A. |
