Yes, my daughter was very upset this morning. She said that she's goint to railway museum today, not to stay at school, so school suspension should not affect her. Ha ha!

bobo's class teacher called us last night informing us of the school suspension. the girls now have one more week of holidays, luckily bobo's interest classes are still going on.
just received another call from the teacher, saying that EDB has announced that the schools will resume normal operation on March 31 and some homework will be despatched to us by the school bus tomorrow. bobo is a bit disappointed when learning there is homework during holidays.

I've expected about 9-10 kids came to the party but there were more. It was less crowded than last year's but happy the same and my gal was so tired afterwards that she took a 2 hour nap when we were home.
Some parents decided not to come because of the flu but some who came thought the other way - a chance for kids to play during school suspension.

we will join the school picnic, so bobo has to skip Saturday activities. of course, it is better for the school to hold it on sunday cos many parents face with similar dilemmas.

Re. TL, bobo just started book 3. are you two planning to let your girls complete the whole course? i learnt that some kids quit the course and begin to learn playing piano instead cos their mums think it is more cost-effective.
I also do not want to skip TL so I will think think to go to the picnic or not. Yea, same question raised in my head - why not Sunday? Not all parents are off on Saturday kar mar.
My gal enjoys TL very well so I think we will continue la. In her class not too bad wor, only 3 quitted so far.
