I agree with Money. After sales service is very important as the whole package can be used for several years.
Regarding my consultant, I've just met her for two times, the first time is demo at my home and the second time is after the delivery. She just asked me to call her when finished watching Level 1 to Level 5 DVDs . So I called her 2-3 months afterwards and asked her how to proceed further. She said that since your daughter loved listening to the songs, so repeated Level 1 to Level 5 again, and if she didn't like to read the books, no need to push her .
Because of her "advice", I didn't use the other materials, including CDs (songs, stories), audio CDs and books for more than half year. Really wasted my money and my daughter's time.
Until recently, I learned from BK that Money and Matthew has been using ET very good, so I pm her asking how to use ET. She was very nice and shared with me her experience. She also introduced her consultant to me who taught me how to fully utilize the learning materials. Now when I encounter any problem in usuing ET, I'll call Money's consultant who is willing to help me.
A consultant doing his/her job with heart is very important. (I must clarify that I am not a sales, I am just one of the BK mums and ET users).
